Payment Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days from the payment date.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the student has not accessed more than a certain percentage (20%) of the course content.
  • No refunds will be issued for courses where the student has completed more than 20% of the course.
  • The refund will be issued after deducting taxes and processing fees from the refund amount.

2. Non-Refundable Cases:

  • No refunds will be provided for promotional or discounted courses.
  • Refunds will not be issued for courses purchased during special sales or offers.
  • Customised courses, workshops, or one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
  • Once the refund request is received and reviewed, the amount will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

4. Partial Refunds:

  • If a student withdraws after accessing a portion of the course, a partial refund may be offered at the company’s discretion.
  • The amount refunded will be calculated based on the proportion of the course completed.

5. Course Cancellations:

  • In the event that the company cancels a course, students are entitled to a full refund regardless of the course progress.
  • Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.

Repayment Policy

1. Payment Plans:

  • Students may have the option to pay for courses in instalments.
  • The specified due dates must complete all instalment payments to continue accessing the course.

2. Late Payments:

  • Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 50/- Rs per day, which will be added to the outstanding balance.
  • If a payment is overdue by more than 3  days, access to the course may be temporarily suspended until payment is made.

3. Missed Payments:

  • If a student misses multiple payments, the company reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrollment in the course.
  • Outstanding balances must be paid in full before re-enrollment or access to additional courses is granted.

4. Payment Adjustments:

Any discount or adjustments in the Fee must be approved by the company and will be documented in writing.

5. Course Completion and Certification:

Students must complete all payments before receiving a course completion certificate or any other credentials associated with the course.

6. Payment Methods:

  • The company accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
  • All payments must be made in the currency specified by the company.
